Sideburns
proud of his farmer prince sideburns
fingertips always parting his hair
two Michaels stand
shoulder to shoulder
does she love him
I don’t really care
where’s Michael
didn’t you hear
he was in a car crash
set off in a panic to Antrim
thinking only how to get there
feel like a fool in the hospital
to be met with a melancholy stare
